Features of the premises:
Full dock (3-5' water depth at dock, less than 1' access to bay at low tide due to sand bars)
Access to boat ramp; great for jetskis, canoeing, kayaking
Fire pit on point with view towards Bay/Potomac; dry fire wood is available in the shed
Outdoor games (bocce ball, badminton)
Lawnchairs and swinging bench
Gas and charcoal grills (with gas tank; charcoal and lighter fluid)
Crab pots and basic fishing gear; in season, you will catch crabs; fish are best caught in the freezer department at the local Food Lion
Hammocks
