DIRECTIONS TO 142 Osprey Drive, Pleasant Point Development

From Washington:

Take I-95 south to Richmond
Take I-295 eastbound (towards "Williamsburg") to Mechanicsville
Take exit 37A, highway 360 EAST to Tappahannock
Drive 66 miles: through Tappahannock, cross Rappahannock River, drive through Warsaw, Callao, into Heathsville

From Richmond:

Take 295 around Richmond to Mechanicsville
Take exit 37A, highway 360 EAST to Tappahannock
Drive 66 miles: through Tappahannock, cross Rappahannock River, drive through Warsaw, Callao, into Heathsville

Then, from Heathsville:

Go three miles east to "Avalon" road
Turn left onto Avalon Road, go 0.3 miles
Turn left onto Newman’s Neck Road, go 3 miles
After road turns hard to the left, take the first right onto Fountain Gate Road (between two white houses) and go 0.7 miles
Enter Pleasant Point development
Turn left onto Osprey Drive
142 Osprey Drive is the first house (blue, on right side)
