Items in the house:

Pots, pans, steaming pots, and miscellaneous cooking ware
Oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker
Cutlery and silverware
Glasses and mugs for drinking; plates and bowls for eating
Some basic cooking ingredients (coffee, sugar, creamers, marshmallows, bottled water)
Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap
There may be some bait (frozen menhaden) in the freezer to use in the crab pots during crab season

Gas and charcoal grills

Tap water is drinkable and there's a Brita filter pitcher for drinking.

Cell phones may not work in or near the house.
Please use a calling card for out of state calls from the house.

There is a television with DVD/VCR player and a supply of movies/kid movies. Wireless internet is available at the Heathsville library (15 minutes away) during normal hours inside the building, and off hours by sitting in the library parking lot.
